POWER NISSAN is where I was introduced to the electric vehicle concept. My wife and I purchased a NISSAN LEAF based on how cost effective it is to own. It is our daily driver, and we love it. This experience has allowed us to get to know the folks at POWER NISSAN over the years. This ongoing support includes great experiences with the service department. Byron at Power Nissan was the best car dealer we have ever dealt with. I never thought I would put the words honest and car dealer together. It truly was a hassle free car buying experience. We had to bring the car back to get detailed. It was after a couple days before we brought it back. In that time, we realized the passenger doors didn't lock. When I brought it in for the detail I told them about the doors. I figured it didn't hurt to ask. To our surprise, they fixed the doors and detailed the car. Eric N. and his staff did such an amazing job with the car, we asked about bringing our Honda in for a detail as well. Great team all around. We will be seeing them when we are ready to get another truck. Thank you!

Amazing experience, which isn't a word often associated with buying a car. I live two hours from the dealership and did my shopping over the phone. Byron was excellent, didn't promise me the moon, but did his best to give me the best deal upfront (over the phone) he could knowing I had options. Trying to be as honest as I could about my trade in, he offered a tremendous amount on it without seeing it. After seeing it, he didn't change the offer, knowing I'd driven the two hours hoping for a better deal than Power Nissan's competitor an hour to the south. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to work with me so I didn't have to waste time going back and forth to try and get the monthly payment I needed. I would definitely go there again, willingly driving the distance for a salesman who will go the distance to get me what I need. Byron listened to me over the phone where I mentioned in passing I had children. He instinctively knew the reason my wife and I needed (and requested) a car with a camera was because of them. He didn't even try selling us a vehicle without.

Daniel Benjamin was very friendly and super helpful! Being young customers, he walked my girlfriend and I through leasing our first new car. He took us through each step, was very personable, and did his best to get us the best deal he could. We will definitely be back!

I leased a Nissan Leaf from Power Nissan and the whole experience was great. Working with Bob Lacy and negotiating a great deal on the vehicle was easy. The hardest part was choosing which trim I wanted. The numbers were all clearly laid out and I walked out with a car that I could afford.

Working with Big Tim Barnett was a pleasure. I have not settled on a vehicle yet and am shopping around but have found my dealer. In multiple interactions with other stores and dealerships i felt blown off and poorly handled. wasting time driving to locations for a vehicle i called ahead about to only find out its on another lot. At Power Nissan Tim Barnett was the difference maker i could tell from the initial phone call that he knew what i wanted and so far has helped me find a few viable options. Working out the fine details now but Tim is the reason i will be dealing with Power Nissan going forward. Thanks for the Great Experience. I purchased my Nissan Versa Note back in May 2015. I originally went to the dealership to look at a used car. I saw the listing online and was very interested in purchasing this vehicle. At the dealership I was able to look at all the cars I was interested in, test drove several used cars and one new car. (You guessed it, the Versa Note). My salesman, CJ was personable, funny, and answered every question I had. I moved forward with with purchasing a used car, and took it home for the night. After driving it the next morning, the check engine light came on. CJ helped me reassess the situation, went through the process again, and I purchased a brand new Nissan Versa Note, which I love.
CJ was fantastic, and I drive a car that is a beautiful blue and a great fit for my driving needs. Thanks!

My husband and I just bought a car today and the experience we had topped any other. Richard ledgerwood was patient, kind, honest and supportive. He showed us every car we wanted to see even if it was on a different lot. He even let us move our car seat from car to car to see which fit best. My very first time buying a car was from Richard Ledgerwood, I struggled and had doubts that it would even happen, Richard helped me stay positive, even with the time it took, every car he has helped me get into I have loved. Any time someone asks about where to go to buy a car I refer them to Power Nissan and to go to Richard, he was patient with me and did anything and everything he could to help me. I bought my first new car here. I was happy at first...when I went looking to trade it in, I found a car, almost exactly like the one I traded for the new one (I received $1500 trade) they were selling for $12,500. It had MORE miles than what I traded. Well, they need to make money too. Anyway, the used car I was looking at purchasing was a 7 yo Mercedes and I was trading my 2 yo Sentra. The Mercedes did NOT have the amenities my Sentra has and it is older with 2x the miles. But, if they came down on the asking price, I could have lower payments, and that was what I was really looking for. The "manager" did not want to drop the price AT ALL but offered to sell me a Caprice with almost the same miles as the Mercedes and even older and even less amenities. The fact is, the "manager" did not want me to have the Mercedes. Why? Ask him. I am not good enough I guess, in his opinion to drive a high-end car, even if I can afford it. They have lost my business and all business from my friends and family. They discriminate.

Miguel Cobian is a excellent salesmen. He made us feel like he was doing everything to make sure we where happy with the choice of car. My son lost his wife in a fatal car accident leaving him with two small children. Miguel again was very helpful and understanding the need to have a safe and reliable car for my son and his children. Miguel has made me a believer that there is GREAT salesman with GREAT customer service. I tell everyone who is looking for a car, to go Power Nissan and ask for MIGUEL COBIAN. My vehicle was totaled on 10/12/14. I needed a vehicle right away. I knew Bob Lacy for several years. I called him up and within a few days, he called me with one. Power Nissan lowered the price of the vehicle, a 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. Bob did not get a commission for this sale, but he put the customer ahead of profit. If this is the way Power Nissan does business, I will, I shall recommend them to all my friends. You did a great job, Bob. Thank you.
